In collaboration with Helix Arts, Falling On Your Feet is a dance and health programme for people aged 65+ who are living independently.

This is a programme of ten classes that aim to:

  • Increase strength and stability

  • Improve balance and flexibility

  • Improve coordination

  • Enhance your sense of well-being

The classes are FREE but numbers are limited so registration is essential.
