Falling On Your Feet

In collaboration with Helix Arts, Falling On Your Feet is a dance and health programme for people aged 65+ who are living independently.

This is a programme of ten classes that aim to:

  • Increase strength

  • Improve balance and flexibility

  • Keep your heart healthy

  • Reduce stress

  • Boost memory

Who knew developing fall prevention skills could be so much fun!

Programme Dates:

  • September 26th

  • October 3rd, 17th, 24th & 31st

  • November 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th

  • December 5th

The classes are FREE but numbers are limited so registration is essential.
