Learn the ancient art of Tai Chi with Sue Saunders

Programme starts 17th January for 6 weeks. Thursday mornings 9am to 10am.

Tai Chi is a soft flowing exercise that promotes strength and flexibility helping  to relieve stress, tension, aches and pains. The movements of Tai Chi can help improve coordination and balance. These sessions are relaxed and enjoyable and can be done by anyone, seated or standing, regardless of age or fitness level. No equipment needed, just wear loose comfortable clothing.

COST: £6 per session
