Tai Chi is a soft flowing exercise that promotes strength and flexibility helping  to relieve stress, tension, aches and pains. The movements of Tai Chi can help improve coordination and balance. These sessions are relaxed and enjoyable and can be done by anyone, seated or standing, regardless of age or fitness level. No equipment needed, just wear loose comfortable clothing.

COST: £6 per session


Tai chi does not mean oriental wisdom or something exotic. It is the wisdom of your own senses, your own mind and body together as one process.
