“We will begin with a long practice of Yoga Nidra, otherwise known as Yogic Sleep, or simply a deep restful state. This practice is particularly beneficial for those with stress, anxiety or who may have trouble sleeping – although we can all benefit from taking time out to rest in our busy lives! .Some gentle flowing yoga will follow to ease the body out of relaxation ready for your journey home.”
All yoga equipment is provided but please feel free to bring additional blankets /cushions for your comfort
