6pm to 7.30pm

Come and sing traditional Northumbrian folk songs and as we’re in Amble, Northumbrian folk songs of the sea. No singing experience is necessary and all are welcome. Explore traditional singing styles and local songs, learn simple and fun harmonies by ear and enjoy singing with others as part of a group.  

Laura Hewison is a singer, songwriter, choir and workshop leader from Northumberland. After studying folk music at Newcastle University, she worked in London for many years before returning home.
