Saturday 27th June 10 am til 1 pm with comfort breaks
A gentle, practical three-hour workshop exploring posture, balance, and body awareness.
Instead of forcing the body into perfect shapes, we will explore the ten points of posture by feeling them from the inside. Together, we will explore the whole-body connection—physically, emotionally, and mentally.
A Slow, Mindful Pace: Each point is introduced slowly, with time to notice: Where am I holding tension? Where can I soften?
Your Body, Your Rules: Rest whenever you need to. You can work standing, seated, or with support. Awareness is the goal,
Tools for Daily Life: Leave with a simple posture "map" to help you feel more relaxed, stable, rooted, and alive in your walking, standing, sitting, and daily life.
Who is it for? Absolutely anyone with an interest in Tai Chi or moving with more ease.
