This class explores balance but is so much more than that . The class is social and fun which is very important when dealing with serious issues such as fear of falling and or losing confidence in your movement.
This is a class to enable and encourage greater freedom of movement so you can do everyday movements with confidence and ease
It will build strength and resilience in body and in mind
Give positive and playful ways to keep your body adaptable and functional by exploring multi-dimensional movement key to an adaptable body and a sense of being in and on balance .
