A day of practice , connection and sharing the dance 

What happens when high meets low, soft meets solid, stillness meets momentum? 

How do we meet and make connection while holding our difference?

 In this workshop we'll play with contrast, exploring how to find the dance in and around  and through our differences / preferences / aptitudes.

The day of dancing concludes with a jam session featuring the ever marvellous Neil Harland  on Double Bass
